In this tutorial, you will learn how to apply makeup using contouring, strobing, highlighting, and normalization. This video was provided by Gelaris Beauty Salon.
Greetings to all of you from Gelaris Beauty Salon. We’re here today to show you a medium makeup, including highlighting, contouring, strobing and facial normalization techniques.
Our first step at the beginning of the makeup process is oxygenating the skin. After recognizing the skin type, we will use suitable primers. We will apply primer to the upper and lower eyelids as well. While we wait for the skin to absorb the primer, we can work on the eyebrows and apply our shading.
Next, we will apply our shadow foundation and use a blender to remove the excess oil. Our next step is to apply the shadows, which we should design, based on the natural look of the eyes. To apply the eye shadow, start at the outer edge of the eye toward the inner edge while observing the color tones. Draw the eyeliner and choose the correct 3D false lashes.
After recognizing the correct skin undertone, we will apply a suitable powder cream. After applying the concealer under the lower eyelid, is time for baking and adding your shadows under the eyes. Dry the makeup using fixing powder and apply dry contouring, highlighting and strobing. Using strobing techniques, we can make the areas where highlighting has been done to look more prominent and visible.
After applying your cheek blusher, use your liquid highlighter to add volume to the cheeks and then use a dry highlighter. Next, we have to form the lips.
