Greetings. I’m Tamara Bahri from Bahri Institute. Today I want to talk to you about Baby Boomer nails.
The technic we’re going to discuss in this video is called Baby Boomer nail which is a form of production makeup. In this type of procedure, we have to scrub off the nail surface and then cut the cuticles. If there is any shortcoming in the natural texture of the nail, they will be hidden after using this makeup.
We’ve already gone through the basics here. Let’s add the anti-fungus polish. Now add the primer. In a Baby Boomer nail makeup, we have to mix two different colors together without the line between the two being visible. Here, we’re going to use white and peachy colors.
Whether you add the white powder on the tip of the nail or close to the root, is a personal choice. Here I’ve added the white powder to the tip of the nail. It should cover almost half of the nail and for the rest of the nail use your peachy colored powder. After we’ve used both colors, we’re going to cover the nail with a clear powder.
After you’ve added the powder, let it dry and then scrub the nail. Now the nail is dry and we can continue with scrubbing. To scrub the sides, use the scrub horizontally. After the surface is smooth, use an electric scrub to scrub around the nail. Buff the nail. Now polish the nail. Finally, add a layer of gel. Add the gel one millimeter away from the cuticles, since it will move and cover the cuticles if you do not. Also, add the gel to the tip of the nail because if you don’t the gel can crack after a while.
This tutorial is over. I hopeyou have enjoyed this video.
