How To: Middle Hair Highlight Technique

Here's a full guide to doing a middle highlight. this is hair dyeing technique which uses flat pallets onto which the hair strands are placed to be treated with bleaching material. note that the bleaching material must be hardened into a paste form so that it stays on and doesn't run off the pallet. after the bleached hair strands have reached the base level, hair dye is applied to them.
