First, let’s contour the lips using a light concealer. Keep in mind that the brush should have a narrow and flat tip. Continue by applying a darker concealer under the lower lip and below the light concealer. Distribute it using the brush. Use a brown pen to draw a line on the center of the lower lip. Now fade the contouring lines. Next, use a brown pen to highlight the lip line and then use a light pen to fill in the lips. Use a light shadow and add a little to the top of your lip. Use a narrow brush to apply a cream colored liquid lipstick.
