Mash half a banana, add a spoonful of yogurt and mix them well together to prepare this quick mask. Then use a brush to apply the mixture to the face, allow it to stay for 10 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.

For this mask, we're gonna need to purée half a banana and need a spoonful of yogurt. well, as we all know, banana is high in Vitamin A which helps prevent dry skin. It also contains potassium and calcium which not only are they beneficial for skin health, but also helps to have shinier hair and hair regrowth. yogurt, having lactic acid, can be used as a natural moisturizer, its lactic acid content fights bacteria and other infections on the skin caused by dirt. in addition, it contains calcium and group B vitamins which help achieve a brighter skin with fewer wrinkles. as you see, I've made a purée of banana, now I'll add a spoonful of yogurt and mix it well.
Then apply it to the face with a brush. after applying to the face, allow it to stay for 10 minutes, then rinse with tepid water. well, I've washed my face, then I used a pad to put some rosewater as a toner and applied some moisturizer to my face.
