Since I have rather full eyebrows, I used a colorless eyebrow mascara. If you have eyebrows with less volume, you can use colored mascara. I use the mascara brush to brush my eyebrows upward and form them thoroughly. This will not only lift your eyebrows, but it will also make them look much better and with more volume. This way you can also see where the empty spaces are and then you can fill them.

Then, you can pick a thin brush, with some cleansing lotion, mix it with eyeshadow, and use it to fill the empty spaces in your eyebrows. Just make sure to draw very thin lines in the form of hachures to preserve the natural look of the eyebrows. I used the mixture to fill the empty spaces in my eyebrows and I like to preserve this hachure like look but if you like to frame your eyebrows, you can use the same material and brush to draw a line right under your eyebrow.

Well, as I told you before, if you want to frame your eyebrows, you can draw a line under the eyebrows using the same material and I did it here so you can see and then used a brush to fade the line a little bit. I did the same for both eyebrows and faded the color into the eyebrows. If you have a tattoo in your eyebrows or your eyebrows have lots of empty spaces and little volume,
This is a good method to fill them and form your eyebrows. If you like, you can apply another layer of mascara to your eyebrows to fix and dry your eyebrows completely.
